Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Cow milk for cheena 1 litre

  • Big lemon 1 nos

  • Sugar 4 cups

  • Milk for rabri 1/2 litre

  • Kesar few strands 1-2 nos

  • Dry fruits to garnish 2 tbsp

Directions

    Boil cow milk and add lemon juice.

  • 02

    Let the milk curdle and strain out the paneer or cheena

  • 03

    Hang it in the muslin cloth for 4 to 5 hours .

    Take the cheena out and mash it using your palm for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, Boil four cup water and add two cup sugar to it.

    Make round balls of cheena and add it to the boiling water. Cover the lid and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.

    In another pan, add half litre milk and sugar to it. Boil it for 15 to 20 minutes and add kesar strands and dry fruits .

  • 08

    Add the cooked round balls of cheena to the milk and serve it chilled.
