Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Ragi 1 bowls

  • jaggery 1 bowls

  • ghee 4 tsp

  • desiccated coconut 1/2 bowls

Directions

    In pan dry roast ragi

  • 02

    Grind ragi in mixer, remove in bowl n keep aside

  • 03

    In pan add ghee, when it melts low flame add grated jaggery n little water n let it melt

  • 04

    Now add ragi n desiccated coconut, mix well n remove in flate plate to cool

  • 05

    Spread desiccated coconut in plate

  • 06

    When mixture is cool make ladoo n roll in coconut
