Ingredients

Serves 4

  • NOVA milk 500 ml

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • NOVA Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Alum,Small Piece 1 nos

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Liquid Glucose 1 tsp

Directions

    Boil 500 ml milk in the pen, add 1 small piece of alum and curdle the milk.

    Melt 3 tablespoons of sugar in the second pen. When sugar melt switch off the gas immediately. .

    Mix molten sugar in curdle milk. Continue stirring for 2 minutes.

    Now add ghee. liquid glucose. And Cardamom powder.

    Keep stirring and cook until the ghee is released.

    Remove from flame and pour on the plate. You can also serve it like this hot.

    Let's make Thabdi cool down to make peda.

    When mixture slightly cool down then make small balls peda shape with your palm.

    Decorated with pistachios. Store in jar or still container.
