Ingredients

Serves 10

  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp

  • Nova Ghee 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom 4 nos

  • Saffron 1 pinch

  • Chopped Pistachios 4 tbsp

  • Ghee for deep-frying 4 cups

Directions

    Take a big mixing bowl add all propose flour ,ghee and baking powder

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients and add warm water make like soft dough.Don't knead only mix very well and Set it aside for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes dough spread on kitchen plateform and fold

  • 04

    Repeat this process 4 to 5 times

    Now roll 1/2 inch thick roti using rolling pin

    Cut khurme in rectangle shape

  • 07

    Heat ghee in a pan and fry all khurme in low flame

  • 08

    When khurme become golden color take out from ghee

  • 09

    Now make sugar syrup take a pan add sugar , crushed cardamon and water

  • 10

    Dip khurme in sugar syrup for 10 minute's

  • 11

    After 10 minutes take out khurme form sugar syrup and cote with Chopped pistachio's

  • 12

    Now layered khurme ready for serve
