Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 cups nova ghee


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 4 nos cardamom


  • 1 pinch saffron


  • 4 tbsp chopped pistachios


  • 4 cups ghee for deep-frying

Directions

  • Take a big mixing bowl add all propose flour ,ghee and baking powder
  • Mix all ingredients and add warm water make like soft dough.Don't knead only mix very well and Set it aside for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes dough spread on kitchen plateform and fold
  • Repeat this process 4 to 5 times
  • Now roll 1/2 inch thick roti using rolling pin
  • Cut khurme in rectangle shape
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry all khurme in low flame
  • When khurme become golden color take out from ghee
  • Now make sugar syrup take a pan add sugar , crushed cardamon and water
  • Dip khurme in sugar syrup for 10 minute's
  • After 10 minutes take out khurme form sugar syrup and cote with Chopped pistachio's
  • Now layered khurme ready for serve
