Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups rice


  • 3 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 cups chopped coriander leaves


  • 5 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 nos onion,medium


  • 1 tbsp nova butter


  • 1 nos green chili


  • 2 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash and clean rice and soak uo to all ingredients are getting ready.
  • Clean, peel and chop onion, garlic and green chili and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan add garlic and saute for some mins.
  • Then add chopped onion and green chili to it and saute again up to onion turns golden.
  • Then add soaked rice and saute up to dry.
  • Then add 2 cups of water, chopped Coriander Leaves and salt to it and le
  • Switch off the pan when cooked and let it stand for 15 mins.
  • Then fluff the rice with the help of a fork. At last add rest if the lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve hot with any gravy dish.
