Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups sweet mango pulp


  • 1 litre full fat nova milk


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 cups condensed milk


  • 1/2 bowls lemon juice


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tsp saffron threads or almond for garnish

Directions

  • Cook half litre milk till it thickens for rabdi..keep aside.
  • Boil half litre milk add lemon juice in it and stir well.
  • Drain curdle milk into strainer and wash 2 to 3 times with water.
  • Mix fresh cottage cheese with your fingers.
  • Give it round dumpling shape and make into small laddus.
  • In a saucepan add sugar and 3 to 4 cups water, make sugar syrup and add all dumplings in it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Leave it to cool.
  • In a bowl add rabdi, condensed milk, mango pulp and add all dumplings in it.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Garnish with saffron thread and almond. Serve chilled.
