Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Sweet mango pulp 1 cups

  • Full fat nova milk 1 litre

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Condensed milk 1 cups

  • lemon juice 1/2 bowls

  • water 1 cups

  • Saffron threads or almond for garnish 1 tsp

Directions

    Cook half litre milk till it thickens for rabdi..keep aside.

    Boil half litre milk add lemon juice in it and stir well.

  • 03

    Drain curdle milk into strainer and wash 2 to 3 times with water.

    Mix fresh cottage cheese with your fingers.

    Give it round dumpling shape and make into small laddus.

    In a saucepan add sugar and 3 to 4 cups water, make sugar syrup and add all dumplings in it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Leave it to cool.

    In a bowl add rabdi, condensed milk, mango pulp and add all dumplings in it.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Garnish with saffron thread and almond. Serve chilled.
