  • 1 nos boiled potato,medium


  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 2/3 cups oil


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 15 nos almonds

Directions

  • FIRST OF ALL TAKE A BOILED POTATO IN A MIXING BOWL.
  • NOW MASH THE POTATO WELL.
  • NOW, AFTER ADDING ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TO THE BOWL
  • START KNEADING IT JUST LIKE A NORMAL DOUGH.
  • ADD OIL LITTLE BY LITTLE AND NOT ALL AT ONCE.
  • SO THAT WE GET A SMOOTH DOUGH WITHOUT EXCESS OIL DRIPPING FROM IT.
  • NOW THE DOUGH IS READY AND OUT OF 2/3 RD CUP OF OIL, ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL IS LEFT UNUSED.
  • NOW LINE A BAKING TRAY WITH THE BUTTER PAPER AND START MAKING GOLF SIZE BALLS OUT OF THE DOUGH.
  • PRESS AN ALMOND ONTO EACH BALL.
  • BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED FAN ASSISTED OVEN FOR ABOUT 18 MINUTES ON 180°.
  • AFTER 18 MINUTES, POTATAI ARE PERFECTLY DONE.
