Ingredients

Serves 6

  • boiled potatoes 1/2 kgs

  • White peas soaked overnight 1 cups

  • tamarind chutney 1 1/2 tbsp

  • green chutney 1 1/2 tbsp

  • onions chopped 2 nos

  • chopped coriander 1 tbsp

  • bread (make bread crumbs) 4 nos

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Salt (as per taste) 4 tsp

  • curd 1 tbsp

  • fine sev (ready made) 1 tbsp

  • Udupi Ruchi chaat masala 1 tsp

  • amchoor powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

Directions

    Boil potatoes mash them

  • 02

    Soak white peas overnight .wash and pressure cook it till it gets cook cooked add turmeric powder and salt during cooking

    To the mashed potatoes add bread crumbs salt and spices

  • 04

    Make the shape of tikki and shallow fry in hot tawa.

    For assembling put tikkis in the centre of the plate.

    Add tamarind chutney,green chutney,curd over it.

    Add chopped onion, coriander leaves ,little red chilli powder over it.

    Add thin sev over it.

  • 09

    Yum aloo tikki chaat ready .
