Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 1/2 cups puffed rice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups trumeric/haldi powder


  • 1/3 cups boiled potato


  • 1/3 cups tomato(chopped)


  • 3 tbsp onion(chopped)


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 1/2 tbsp green chutney


  • 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind chutney


  • 1/2 cups sev


  • 1/2 tsp udupi ruchi chaat masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 3 nos papdi


  • 3 nos coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add puffed rice, salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Now transfer the roasted puffed rice to a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, chopped tomatoes and onions, green chilli, green chutney, tamarind chutney, sev, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, crushed papdi, lemon juice, mix well.
  • Now put papdi in a serving bowl and pour the mixture over it.
  • Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
  • Yummy bhel puri is ready to be served.
