Ingredients
Serves 4
durum semolina flour (rawa) 1 cups
onions, finely chopped 1/2 cups
tomatoes chopped 1/4 cups
green chili peppers 2 nos
peas, frozen or fresh, boiled 1/4 cups
peanuts optional 1 tsp
curd cheese 1/2 cups
water 1-2 cups
vegetable oil, 1-2 tbsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Directions
Fry the rawa in heavy bottom pan without oil only for a minutes and Keep aside
Put oil in heavy bottom pan,and Temper mustard seeds
Add Peanuts
Add onions and fry until golden brown
Now add chopped green chilies and tomatoes and fry well
Now add the peas and curd
Now add 1 or 2 cups of water to it
Add salt and mix well
Now add rawa to it slowly and stir well with other hand so as to prevent forming lumps
Close with a lid and let it boil for a minute
Stir well
Serve hot
