Ingredients

Serves 4

  • durum semolina flour (rawa) 1 cups

  • onions, finely chopped 1/2 cups

  • tomatoes chopped 1/4 cups

  • green chili peppers 2 nos

  • peas, frozen or fresh, boiled 1/4 cups

  • peanuts optional 1 tsp

  • curd cheese 1/2 cups

  • water 1-2 cups

  • vegetable oil, 1-2 tbsp

  • mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

    Fry the rawa in heavy bottom pan without oil only for a minutes and Keep aside

    Put oil in heavy bottom pan,and Temper mustard seeds

  • 03

    Add Peanuts

  • 04

    Add onions and fry until golden brown

  • 05

    Now add chopped green chilies and tomatoes and fry well

  • 06

    Now add the peas and curd

  • 07

    Now add 1 or 2 cups of water to it

  • 08

    Add salt and mix well

  • 09

    Now add rawa to it slowly and stir well with other hand so as to prevent forming lumps

    Close with a lid and let it boil for a minute

    Stir well

    Serve hot
