Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups durum semolina flour (rawa)


  • 1/2 cups onions, finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups tomatoes chopped


  • 2 nos green chili peppers


  • 1/4 cups peas, frozen or fresh, boiled


  • 1 tsp peanuts optional


  • 1/2 cups curd cheese


  • 1-2 cups water


  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil,


  • 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Fry the rawa in heavy bottom pan without oil only for a minutes and Keep aside
  • Put oil in heavy bottom pan,and Temper mustard seeds
  • Add Peanuts
  • Add onions and fry until golden brown
  • Now add chopped green chilies and tomatoes and fry well
  • Now add the peas and curd
  • Now add 1 or 2 cups of water to it
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Now add rawa to it slowly and stir well with other hand so as to prevent forming lumps
  • Close with a lid and let it boil for a minute
  • Stir well
  • Serve hot
