Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled chole/chickpeas- 2-3 tbsp

  • Boiled potato-1

  • Onion chopped-1 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

  • Fresh coriander-1 sprig

  • Bread Lettuce-2 pieces

  • Tomato sliced-1

  • Onion slice-1

  • Capsicum-1 sliced

  • Burger bun-1 ,split to 2

  • Tomato sauce-1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise-2 tbsp

  • Salt-1 pinch

  • Red chilly-2 nos

  • Garam masala- 1 tsp

  • Chat masala- 1 tsp

  • Cheese slice-1 no

Directions

    First in a bowl mix potato,chickpeas, bread and dry spices

  • 02

    Add bread, capsicum and fresh coriander

  • 03

    Mix it well and make patties

  • 04

    Shallow fry these patties and keep aside

  • 05

    In one side of bun apply mayonnaise and put lettuce and patty

  • 06

    On another side apply sauce and put onion, tomato slice and cheese slice

  • 07

    Combine together and serve
