Chilli Garlic Potato Fingers

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms frozen potato fingers


  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp garlic mince


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/8 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 cups spring onions to garnish


  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi chat masala

Directions

  • In a pan, heat oil and add asafoetida.
  • Then add the garlic mince.
  • Saute it for a minute.
  • Then add the red chilli powder and the thawed potato fingers.
  • Add salt and mix it up well.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle chat masala after 8 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
  • Serve hot as an appetizer or an evening snack at tea-time. This is my own innovative recipe and if desired you can use fresh potato fingers but the cooking time will increase accordingly. Happy Frying !!!!!!!
