Ingredients

Serves 5

  • paneer 250 gms

  • gram flour 1/2 cups

  • carom seeds 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • water 1-2 tbsp

  • oil 3 tbsp

Directions

    In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and paneer slices

  • 02

    Mix well to form a smooth lump free batter

  • 03

    Now add paneer slices to the marinade and coat well

  • 04

    Cover the bowl and keep aside for 30minutes

  • 05

    Now pour oil into a heavy bottomed griddle

  • 06

    Once the oil is medium hot put

  • 07

    Flip over and cook the other side

  • 08

    Remove on kitchen paper towel and serve with mint chutney
