Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 250 gms paneer


  • 1/2 cups gram flour


  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1-2 tbsp water


  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and paneer slices
  • Mix well to form a smooth lump free batter
  • Now add paneer slices to the marinade and coat well
  • Cover the bowl and keep aside for 30minutes
  • Now pour oil into a heavy bottomed griddle
  • Once the oil is medium hot put
  • Flip over and cook the other side
  • Remove on kitchen paper towel and serve with mint chutney
