Slice the cap of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp from it. Keep aside
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and put garlic.
Saute till golden
Now add scallions and curry leaves
Give it a stir
Cook till the scallions turn translucent.
Now mix in the boiled vermicelli, salt and black pepper powder
Mix well
Cook for couple of minutes and remove from flame.
Let it cool
Fill the mixture in the scooped tomatoes till 3/4th
Now top it up with mozarella
Drizzle the tomatoes with remaining oil
Set them on a baking tray and bake them for 15 minutes at 200c in a preheated oven .
Serve hot
