Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos riped red tomatoes


  • 1 cups boiled vermicelli


  • 2 tsp chopped garlic


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1/2 cups grated mozarella


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Slice the cap of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp from it. Keep aside
  • In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and put garlic.
  • Saute till golden
  • Now add scallions and curry leaves
  • Give it a stir
  • Cook till the scallions turn translucent.
  • Now mix in the boiled vermicelli, salt and black pepper powder
  • Mix well
  • Cook for couple of minutes and remove from flame.
  • Let it cool
  • Fill the mixture in the scooped tomatoes till 3/4th
  • Now top it up with mozarella
  • Drizzle the tomatoes with remaining oil
  • Set them on a baking tray and bake them for 15 minutes at 200c in a preheated oven .
  • Serve hot
