Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups moong daal


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 2 cups water


  • 4 nos green cardamom


  • 1 cups nova ghee


  • 3 tbsp badam,choppped


  • 3 tbsp raisins


  • 3 tbsp cashew nut


  • 3/4 cups mawa

Directions

  • Soak daal overnight and then blend it.
  • Hot ghee in a pan. Add daal mixture and stir it continuously.
  • In another pan put 1 tbsp oil and then add dryfruit and then add mawa and mix it well.
  • Remove dryfruit and mawa mixture from gas when it turned light brown.
  • In another pan add sugar, water and green cardamom and mix till the uu7iiiiiiAdissolve sugar an
  • When the daal change the colour then add mawa and dryfruit mixture and mix well.
  • Add sugar syrup and mix till the it become thick.
  • Garnish it with dryfruit and mawa.
