Mix mashed potatoes and peas together
Add all the spices and salt
Mix well and make small equal sized balls from the mixture
Around 10 to 12 balls Will be ready
In another bowl add white flour, salt, water and make a semi thick batter
In a flat plate spread the broken vermicelli and keep ready
Now gently press the balls to make it flat and with the thumb give an impression in the centre of the ball
Dip the patty in the flour mixture and roll them in the vermicelli from all the sides
Let them rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator
Meanwhile heat the oil
Deep fry the pattie on low flame till golden brown
Serving suggestion sprinkle chat masala on top ot the nest
Place some fried green peas and paneer dices to make it more presentable.
