Ingredients

Serves 6

  • feniya 1 cups

  • NOVA milk 1 litre

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • saffron threads soaked in milk 4 nos

  • dry fruits chopped 3 tsp

Directions

    In pan add milk n keep to boil

  • 02

    Boil till half n keep scraping the sides

  • 03

    Now add sugar n saffron milk n let it cook

  • 04

    Remove fr gasn let it cool

  • 05

    Add feniya n mix nicely

  • 06

    Cover n keep in fridge fr 1/2 hr n sever chilled

  • 07

    Garnish with dry fruits
