Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos green chilli/hari mirch


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 nos onion/pyaz


  • 1 nos tomato/tamatar


  • 1 nos lemon/nimbu


  • 1 cups potato chips/wafers


  • 1 cups puffed rice


  • 2 tsp namkeen


  • 1 tbsp red chilli paste


  • 3 tbsp tamarind chutney/imli chutney


  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder

Directions

  • Chop coriander leaves, green chilli, onion and tomatoes.
  • Cut lemon into half and squeeze out the juice.
  • In a large bowl, crush potato chips.
  • Add puffed rice, namkeen, onion, tomato, lemon juice, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Add red chilli paste, tamarind chutney, roasted jeera powder, garam masala, salt into the mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Potato chips bhel is ready to be relished.
