Green chilli/hari mirch 1 nos
Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Onion/pyaz 1 nos
Tomato/tamatar 1 nos
Lemon/nimbu 1 nos
Potato chips/wafers 1 cups
Puffed rice 1 cups
Namkeen 2 tsp
Red chilli paste 1 tbsp
Tamarind chutney/imli chutney 3 tbsp
Udupi Ruchi Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp
Chop coriander leaves, green chilli, onion and tomatoes.
Cut lemon into half and squeeze out the juice.
In a large bowl, crush potato chips.
Add puffed rice, namkeen, onion, tomato, lemon juice, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Add red chilli paste, tamarind chutney, roasted jeera powder, garam masala, salt into the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
Potato chips bhel is ready to be relished.
