In a bowl mix mawawith paneer, maida, semolina.
Rub it with help of palm and maje a amooth dough by adding milk.
Now divide it in equal balls .
In a wok heat ghee on medium flame.
Deep fry all gulabjamun balls on low to medium flame till golden in colour.
Take out on absorbing paper.
Prepairing sugar syrup:- In a pan dissolve sugar in water on medium flame. Add cardamom powder and rose essence.
Now in a tin grease it with ghee and crush all fried gulabjamuns into a mixture.
Pour the sugar syrup into gulabjamun mixture and mix it.
Now let be set it for 15 minutes.
After that cut into desired shapes. Your Gulabjamun berfi is ready now.. Garnish with some chopped pistachios and almond.
