Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups mawa


  • 1/4 cups nova paneer


  • 2 tbsp maida/all purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp semolina


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 cups nova ghee foe deep frying


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1/4 tsp rise essence


  • 1/2 tbsp nova milk


  • 1 tsp chopped pistachios


  • 1 tsp chopped almond

Directions

  • In a bowl mix mawawith paneer, maida, semolina.
  • Rub it with help of palm and maje a amooth dough by adding milk.
  • Now divide it in equal balls .
  • In a wok heat ghee on medium flame.
  • Deep fry all gulabjamun balls on low to medium flame till golden in colour.
  • Take out on absorbing paper.
  • Prepairing sugar syrup:- In a pan dissolve sugar in water on medium flame. Add cardamom powder and rose essence.
  • Now in a tin grease it with ghee and crush all fried gulabjamuns into a mixture.
  • Pour the sugar syrup into gulabjamun mixture and mix it.
  • Now let be set it for 15 minutes.
  • After that cut into desired shapes. Your Gulabjamun berfi is ready now.. Garnish with some chopped pistachios and almond.
