Blanch tomtoes and keep aside to cool down. Then remove skin and make pulp.
Boil pasta with water, oil and salt up to soft. Then strain the pasta amd reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add
Then add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute again.
Then add chopped musbroom and salt to taste to it and saute and cook up to soft
Then add tomatoes pulp to it, also black pepper powder, sugar, basil, parsley and tomato sauce amd cook up to dry.
Then add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water amd cook.
Add 1tbsp cheese and cover and cook for 2 mins. Pasta is ready to serve.
