Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups pasta


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 7-9 nos garlic cloves


  • 2 nos onions,small


  • 4 tbsp celery stick chopped


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 5-6 nos mushroom


  • 1/4 cups chopped green capsicum


  • 1/4 cups chopped red capsicum


  • 3 nos tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp dried basil


  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley


  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp chili flakes


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions

  • Blanch tomtoes and keep aside to cool down. Then remove skin and make pulp.
  • Boil pasta with water, oil and salt up to soft. Then strain the pasta amd reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add
  • Then add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute again.
  • Then add chopped musbroom and salt to taste to it and saute and cook up to soft
  • Then add tomatoes pulp to it, also black pepper powder, sugar, basil, parsley and tomato sauce amd cook up to dry.
  • Then add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water amd cook.
  • Add 1tbsp cheese and cover and cook for 2 mins. Pasta is ready to serve.
