Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Vermicelli 100 gms

  • NOVA ghee 2 tsp

  • Celicon modules or katori 4 nos

  • milkmade 50 gms

  • NOVA hung yogurt 150 gms

  • sugar 50 gms

  • almond 10-15 nos

  • pistachio (pista) 10 gms

  • saffron ( kesar )strings 5-10 nos

  • water 1 cups

Directions

    Take heavy bottom pan. Add ghee to it.heat it for 2 min

  • 02

    Add Vermicelli and cook on medium high flame till colour changes to light golden brown

  • 03

    Now add water and cook Vermicelli on high flame till all the water is dried.and it is totally cooked and become soft

  • 04

    Now switch off the gas

  • 05

    Now add whole milkmade and Mic it well and keep aside for cooling

  • 06

    When vermicelli is totally cooled.

  • 07

    Take modules or katori and put lil amout of Vermicelli on all sides of the modules to form the shape of katori

    If u dont don't have modules you can use steel katories

    Make all 4 kaTories and refrigerate it for

    Now take another bowl

    Add hung yogurt add sugar , saffron , finely chopped pistaand finely chopped badaam

  • 12

    Mix all well and refrigerate it for 1/2 hr

  • 13

    Now take out all the ka Tories from refrigerator

  • 14

    Take out all the Vermicelli katories

  • 15

    Now in a serving plate

  • 16

    Garnish It with saffron, chopped almond And pista.
