For daal stew: Boil the dal by adding ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and turmeric powder
When it gets mushy, blend it with the blender
Pour this dal puree in heated pan, add coconut milk and Sambhar Masala
After 1 minute off the flame and keep aside
For paneer sabji: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato and all the ingredients, one by one
Cook for 2-3 minutes and off the flame
For dosa: Spread the dosa batter on non stick pan, cook from both sides
Take out on a chopping board
Cut the circles of dosa with the cookie cutter
Plating: Place a ring mould on a serving plate
Place a dosa circle in mould, add 3-4 tbsp of paneer filling, press it lightly
Repeat this process once again
Remove the mould carefully
Add daal stew in spoon or in a bowl
Garnish with cucumber ribbons and pomegranate seeds
