Heat oil in a pan for deep frying
In a mixing bowl mix batter, rava, rice flour, salt, zeera, chopped onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves, baking soda and mix properly.
If it is too dry add bit water.
Now put this prepared batter as a droplet in the hot oil and fry up to golden brown.
Bring out to a tissue paper
For peanut chutney- heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and mustard to it and let it crackle
Then add chana dal and urad dal and fry again
Then add red chilli and garlic and saute again
Then add onion and saute
Then add peanuts and fry for 4 to 6 mins. Then switch off the gas and allow to cool down.
Then grind the peanuts along with salt.
For tempering- heat 1/2tsp of oil and cumin and mustard anf
Pour it on the chutney and mix.
Serve punugulu with peanut chutney
