Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups maida


  • 1/2 cups besan


  • 1 tbsp pistachios to top


  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cups nova ghee

Directions

  • Into 1 cup of flour, add a pinch of salt.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  • Add 1/2 cup gram flour
  • Add 2.5 tbsp semolina
  • Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Add 1/2 cup ghee
  • Mix into an oily dough.
  • Shape in to round pedas.
  • Place in a baking tray.
  • Mark with a plus sign in the center.
  • Top with pistachios.
  • Bake in a pre heated oven at 160 degrees for 18 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.
