Into 1 cup of flour, add a pinch of salt.
Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
Add 1/2 cup gram flour
Add 2.5 tbsp semolina
Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Add 1/2 cup ghee
Mix into an oily dough.
Shape in to round pedas.
Place in a baking tray.
Mark with a plus sign in the center.
Top with pistachios.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 160 degrees for 18 minutes.
Cool and serve.
