Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups maida


  • 1 tbsp suji rawa


  • 1/2 cups malai


  • 1/2 cups nova milk


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 tbsp chopped almonds for garnish


  • 1 cups for chashni..sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 6 nos safron thread


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Take a bowl add malai.
  • Add cardamom powder, and suji rawa.
  • Add milk, make a smooth paste.
  • Like idli batter, keep aside.
  • Take a kadahi add water, add sugar, add safron thread boil it.
  • Make chashni. Add cardamom powder and gass off.
  • Take a pan add some ghee for shallow fry.
  • Pour this mixture with the help of spoon.
  • Shape them round, after 1 to 2 minutes change the side.
  • Only on low flame.
  • Make all malai malpua.
  • Malpua remove from kadhai.
  • DIP these malai malpua on the chashni for some times.
  • Ready to serve.. Njoyyyy!
