Ingredients

Serves 6

  • maida 1 cups

  • suji rawa 1 tbsp

  • malai 1/2 cups

  • NOVA milk 1/2 cups

  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped almonds for garnish 1/2 tbsp

  • For chashni..sugar 1 cups

  • water 1/2 cups

  • safron thread 6 nos

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add malai.

  • 02

    Add cardamom powder, and suji rawa.

  • 03

    Add milk, make a smooth paste.

  • 04

    Like idli batter, keep aside.

  • 05

    Take a kadahi add water, add sugar, add safron thread boil it.

    Make chashni. Add cardamom powder and gass off.

    Take a pan add some ghee for shallow fry.

  • 08

    Pour this mixture with the help of spoon.

    Shape them round, after 1 to 2 minutes change the side.

    Only on low flame.

    Make all malai malpua.

  • 12

    Malpua remove from kadhai.

  • 13

    DIP these malai malpua on the chashni for some times.
