Ingredients

Serves 8

  • NOVA Paneer 2 cups

  • Baking powder 1/4 tbsp

  • Maida 3 tbsp

  • NOVA double toned Milk 2 tbsp

  • Oil as per required kishmish as per required 2 tbsp

  • For syrup... Sugar 1 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Elaichi powder 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl add paneer, maida, baking powder and milk and make dough out of it.

    Put this dough in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Now make sugar syrup from sugar and water.

  • 04

    Now take out small balls from the dough keep in refrigerator and in the center balls add kishmish.

    Now heat oil in a pan and fry the gulab jamun balls in it till they become golden brown in colour.

  • 06

    Add these fried balls in sugar syrup for atlest 2 hours. Serve it.
