  • 2 cups nova paneer

  • 1/4 tbsp baking powder

  • 3 tbsp maida

  • 2 tbsp nova double toned milk

  • 2 tbsp oil as per required kishmish as per required

  • 1 cups for syrup... sugar

  • 1/2 cups water

  • 1 tbsp elaichi powder


  • In a bowl add paneer, maida, baking powder and milk and make dough out of it.
  • Put this dough in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now make sugar syrup from sugar and water.
  • Now take out small balls from the dough keep in refrigerator and in the center balls add kishmish.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry the gulab jamun balls in it till they become golden brown in colour.
  • Add these fried balls in sugar syrup for atlest 2 hours. Serve it.
