soya chunks 1 cups
whole wheat bread slices 5 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
Udupi Ruchi garam masala 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
crushed pepper 1/4 tsp
water to make tikki 1/4 cups
Other ingredients: Oil 4 tbsp
corn flour slurry 1 cups
fresh bread crumbs 1 cups
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of tikkis and mix it well with adding water to make tight dough.
Divide the dough into small equal portions. Now using your palms, shape them into tikkis shape.
Dip them into cornflour slurry and rub into bread crumbs. Prepare others as well.
Now on big non stick pan sautè them on both the sides using very less oil. Put them on tissue paper to absorb extra oil and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with sweet chuteny.
