Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups soya chunks


  • 5 nos whole wheat bread slices


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp udupi ruchi garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp crushed pepper


  • 1/4 cups water to make tikki


  • 4 tbsp other ingredients: oil


  • 1 cups corn flour slurry


  • 1 cups fresh bread crumbs

Directions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of tikkis and mix it well with adding water to make tight dough.
  • Divide the dough into small equal portions. Now using your palms, shape them into tikkis shape.
  • Dip them into cornflour slurry and rub into bread crumbs. Prepare others as well.
  • Now on big non stick pan sautè them on both the sides using very less oil. Put them on tissue paper to absorb extra oil and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it hot with sweet chuteny.
