Ingredients

  • butter 2 tbsp

  • finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cups

  • finely chopped tomatoes 1 cups

  • shredded cabbage 1/2 cups

  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp

  • red chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • oregano 1 tsp

  • Grated cheese and coriander leaves to garnish 1/2 cups

  • Nachos chips to serve with 1 cups

  • To make Nachos chips:maize flour 2 cups

  • whole wheat flour 1 cups

  • carom seeds 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • water to make the dough 1/2 cups

  • oil for deep frying 1/2 litre

    How to make Nachos chips: 1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of the dough, add water and make tight dough. 2. Roll it out using rolling pin and cut into triangles. 3. Deep fry them and keep aside.

    How to proceed: 1. In a medium sized nonstick pan, add butter and capsicum with some salt and saute for 2 mins. 2. Now add tomatoes and corn kennels and mix it well. 3. Add shredded cabbage and other ingredients and mix it well. 4. Serve the mixture into shot glasses, garnishing with grated cheese and coriander leaves. 5. Serve hot with Nachos chips!
