Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1/2 cups finely chopped capsicum


  • 1 cups finely chopped tomatoes


  • 1/2 cups shredded cabbage


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 cups grated cheese and coriander leaves to garnish


  • 1 cups nachos chips to serve with


  • 2 cups to make nachos chips:maize flour


  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups water to make the dough


  • 1/2 litre oil for deep frying

Directions

  • How to make Nachos chips: 1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of the dough, add water and make tight dough. 2. Roll it out using rolling pin and cut into triangles. 3. Deep fry them and keep aside.
  • How to proceed: 1. In a medium sized nonstick pan, add butter and capsicum with some salt and saute for 2 mins. 2. Now add tomatoes and corn kennels and mix it well. 3. Add shredded cabbage and other ingredients and mix it well. 4. Serve the mixture into shot glasses, garnishing with grated cheese and coriander leaves. 5. Serve hot with Nachos chips!
