Ingredients

butter 2 tbsp
finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cups
finely chopped tomatoes 1 cups
shredded cabbage 1/2 cups
tomato sauce 1 tbsp
red chilli sauce 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
Grated cheese and coriander leaves to garnish 1/2 cups
Nachos chips to serve with 1 cups
To make Nachos chips:maize flour 2 cups
whole wheat flour 1 cups
carom seeds 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
water to make the dough 1/2 cups
oil for deep frying 1/2 litre
Directions
How to make Nachos chips: 1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of the dough, add water and make tight dough. 2. Roll it out using rolling pin and cut into triangles. 3. Deep fry them and keep aside.
How to proceed: 1. In a medium sized nonstick pan, add butter and capsicum with some salt and saute for 2 mins. 2. Now add tomatoes and corn kennels and mix it well. 3. Add shredded cabbage and other ingredients and mix it well. 4. Serve the mixture into shot glasses, garnishing with grated cheese and coriander leaves. 5. Serve hot with Nachos chips!
