In a mixing bowl take corn flour.
Add water.
Mix well without forming any lumps. Keep a side.
In a large kadhai take sugar.
Add water.
Allow the syrup to boil.
Pour corn flour mixture into the bolling syrup.
Stirring continuously on low flame.
Corn flour mixture starts to thickens add lemon juice.
Now add a table spoon full of ghee.
Mix all ghee absorbed.
Add another tbsp of more ghee and continuously to mix till it turns glossy.
The mixture will start turning transparent. Releasing ghee from sides.
Add yellow food colour.
Mix well.
Add cardamom powder.
Add almonds
CONTINUE TO mix till mixture will start to from a lump.
Transfer the mixture to a tray.
And level.
Sprinkle some chopped almonds. Rest for an hour.
Finally cut to a disired shape.
And serve.
