In a pan heat 2 tsp ghee. Saute the onions and mushrooms for few mins.
Now add potato and paneer.
Cover and cook till mushrooms are cooked.
Add salt & pepper.
Now add cumin powder and garam masala. Let it cool.
Now in a chutney jar blend the mushroom mic into a fine paste. Mix in the besan or gram flour. Mix well.
Since it will be a sticky paste you will have to handle carefully. Over mixing will make it difficult to handle.
For frying the Kabab heat some oil in a non stick pan. Wait till it reaches medium heat.(makr sure its not too hot)
Spoon a tbsp of mix and make small size kabab’s. Flip and cook on the other side too.
Each side 2 min of cook time on low heat is enough.
Serve with coriander rings and green chutney.
