Wash cauliflower cut pieces boils cauliflower 15 min at medium heat.
Mash cauliflower.
Take a pan put add ghee. Add kismis fry till golden brown.
After fry kismis add more ghee & add mashed cauliflower cook 15minutes at medium heat.
After 15minutes add suger cooked till then dissolve suger.
Add saffron milk for Keseriya colour then add khoya & add dry fruits.
Take a pan thali seprat ghee put in Burfi mixture & cool.
Keep aside after cool cut it Burfi mixture & cool it.keep aside after cool cut it Burfi shape any shape.
Serve it.
