Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 kgs cauliflower


  • 250 gms suger


  • 4 tbsp nova ghee


  • 250 gms mawa/khoya


  • 10-15 nos kismis


  • 8-10 nos kaju


  • 8-10 nos badam


  • 5-6 nos saffron


  • 3 tsp nova milk

Directions

  • Wash cauliflower cut pieces boils cauliflower 15 min at medium heat.
  • Mash cauliflower.
  • Take a pan put add ghee. Add kismis fry till golden brown.
  • After fry kismis add more ghee & add mashed cauliflower cook 15minutes at medium heat.
  • After 15minutes add suger cooked till then dissolve suger.
  • Add saffron milk for Keseriya colour then add khoya & add dry fruits.
  • Take a pan thali seprat ghee put in Burfi mixture & cool.
  • Keep aside after cool cut it Burfi mixture & cool it.keep aside after cool cut it Burfi shape any shape.
  • Serve it.
