Ingredients

  • besan 300 gms

  • sugar 300 gms

  • NOVA ghee 300 gms

  • almond(bkrnd to make a coarse powder) 50 gms

Directions

    In a heavy bottom pan add besan and on a very low flame roast.

    Scrape the bottom and the sides so that besan does not burn.

    After 5-10 mins add ghee.

  • 04

    Now you will see all the besan has become thick and difficult to roast. Keep stirring as ehile its roasting it will start to loosen.

    Once you can see the besan keaving sides and smell of roasted beasan comes add sugar and almond powder.

    Mix well until combined.

    Now wait for it to cool down a bit.

    Then make small size ladoos.
