Soak soya chunks in water for half an hour and sqeeze off the water nicely
In a bowl mix 3 tsp of corn flour , pepper, salt,crushed magic cubes nad mix well to form a loose batter.
Dip each soya chunk in this batter and deep fry each of them till golden brown and keep it aside
Par boil the noodles and keep it ready for tossing
In a Pan add oil , chopped garlic ,chopped veggies , pepper, salt , soya sauce and vinegar and give a nice toss on high flame for 4 mins.
In to the pan add the par boiled noodles and toss well for 3-4 mins on high flame
For presentation in a bowl arrange 3 or 4 cabbage leaves and serve the noodles with the soya manchurian balls..
