Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gms boiled hakka noodles


  • 50 gms soaked soya chunks


  • 2 tbsp soya sauce


  • 8-10 nos chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp vinegar


  • 1 nos maggi magic cubes


  • 4 nos cabbage leaves for garnish


  • 1 cups chopped veggies like capsicum/cabbage/onions


  • 1/2 cups corn flour


  • 1 tsp salt & pepper


  • 1/2 cups oil

Directions

  • Soak soya chunks in water for half an hour and sqeeze off the water nicely
  • In a bowl mix 3 tsp of corn flour , pepper, salt,crushed magic cubes nad mix well to form a loose batter.
  • Dip each soya chunk in this batter and deep fry each of them till golden brown and keep it aside
  • Par boil the noodles and keep it ready for tossing
  • In a Pan add oil , chopped garlic ,chopped veggies , pepper, salt , soya sauce and vinegar and give a nice toss on high flame for 4 mins.
  • In to the pan add the par boiled noodles and toss well for 3-4 mins on high flame
  • For presentation in a bowl arrange 3 or 4 cabbage leaves and serve the noodles with the soya manchurian balls..
