1. Soak soya chunks in water for half an hour with a teaspoon of salt and meanwhile boil the potatoes
2. After the soya chunks are soft completely squeeze out the water completely and grind into small granules form
3. In a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes, ground soya chunks, chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander and form a dough
4. Divide into small portions to form small tikkis or cutlets and pat with rawa
4. shallow fry in a pan till golden brown and serve with tomato sauce
