Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms soya chunks


  • 4 nos boiled potatoe


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 8-10 nos hopped green chillies


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups rawa for coating


  • 1/4 cups oil for frying


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • 1. Soak soya chunks in water for half an hour with a teaspoon of salt and meanwhile boil the potatoes
  • 2. After the soya chunks are soft completely squeeze out the water completely and grind into small granules form
  • 3. In a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes, ground soya chunks, chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander and form a dough
  • 4. Divide into small portions to form small tikkis or cutlets and pat with rawa
  • 4. shallow fry in a pan till golden brown and serve with tomato sauce
