Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Poha 1 cups

  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Onion ,chopped 1 nos

  • Green chilly,chopped 1 nos

  • Tomato,chopped 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Udupi ruchi garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • green peas 3 tbsp

  • French beans ,chopped 5-6

  • Carrot ,small,chopped 1 nos

  • Roasted peanut.crushed 3 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 pinch

  • Coriander leaves,chopped 2 tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Salt,as per your taste 1 tsp

  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Directions

    Soak the poha for few mins in water and drain the water completely. Keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle.

    Add the sugar, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and saute till onion turns soft.

    Add tomatoes and saute for a min or two. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and udupi ruchi garam masala powder and saute for a min.

    Add the chopped vegetables and saute for about 5 mins.

    Add the soaked poha, roasted peanut, chopped coriander leaves and gently mix well. Cover the pan with lid for few mins and take off the heat.

    Squeeze the lemon juice and serve hot.
