take milk powder, flour, ghee and soda in a bowl
mix well so that ghee mixes evenly with milk powder
sprinkle water over the mixture and make a soft dough
do not knead the dough
cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes
take sugar and water in a pan
when it starts to boil add milk and remove impurities
add cardamom powder
when the syrup turns little sticky, turn off the flame
now take the dough and divide into marble sized portions
roll each portion and make a round shaped crack free ball
heat oil in a kadai
when oil becoms medium hot, drop the balls into the oil
stir gently with spoon and fry over medium heat
fry until golden brown
drain and transfer them into sugar syrup
keep the jamuns in syrup for 1-2 hours
jamuns are ready to serve
