Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Vendakkai 6 nos

  • Green Chilly 3 nos

  • Coconut Oil 4 tsp

  • Yogurt 1/2 cups

  • Dry Red Chillies 1 nos

  • Coconut paste 1/4 cups

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Fry vendakkai and green chilli in pan till color turns to brown

  • 02

    Remove it from the heat

  • 03

    Add the coconut paste to it

  • 04

    Mix salt, and curry leaves with the curd well

  • 05

    Add the vendakka mixture to this

  • 06

    Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and red chillies and add them to kichadi

  • 07

    Vendakka kichadi is ready
