Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos vendakkai


  • 3 nos green chilly


  • 4 tsp coconut oil


  • 1/2 cups yogurt


  • 1 nos dry red chillies


  • 1/4 cups coconut paste


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Fry vendakkai and green chilli in pan till color turns to brown
  • Remove it from the heat
  • Add the coconut paste to it
  • Mix salt, and curry leaves with the curd well
  • Add the vendakka mixture to this
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and red chillies and add them to kichadi
  • Vendakka kichadi is ready
