Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 kgs kovakkai


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and Saute the onions and tomatoes for a minute
  • Add the Sliced the kovakkai, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
  • Stir well until kovakka is cooked
  • Switch off the flame
  • Serve
