  • Kovakkai 1/4 kgs

  • Tomato 1 nos

  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Onion 1 nos

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Turmeric Powder 1 pinch

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan and Saute the onions and tomatoes for a minute

  • 02

    Add the Sliced the kovakkai, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt

  • 03

    Stir well until kovakka is cooked

  • 04

    Switch off the flame

  • 05

    Serve
