Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Flour

  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

  • Salt 1 pinch to taste

  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds

  • 1/2 cup black gram Flour

  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour

  • Oil 2 cup for frying

  • 2 cup Water

Directions

    Mix rice flour,red chili powder, urad flour, sesame seeds,besan flour, cumin seeds, and salt in a bowl

  • 02

    add butter to the mix

  • 03

    Add water slowly into the mixture and knead it to make soft dough

  • 04

    Place a lump of dough in Muruku Maker

  • 05

    Pipe out in circle pattern

  • 06

    Heat oil over medium flame

  • 07

    fry murukus in the oil till color turn light golden brown

  • 08

    Murukku is ready
