Ingredients

  • Pavakka / Bittergourd, Big Size 2 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • Green Chilly 3 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Coconut,grated 1 cups

  • Corriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

  • Coconut Oil 1 tbsp

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

Directions

    Slice onion,green chilies and tomatoes and keep aside

  • 02

    Remove seed from Pavakka and cut it into small pieces

  • 03

    Grind the Grated coconut, Chilly Powder,Corriander Powder to a fine paste

  • 04

    Cook Pavakka, Onion and Green Chilly along with Turmeric powder and Salt

  • 05

    When Pavakka is cooked, add Coconut paste and Tomato

  • 06

    Let it boil

  • 07

    When it starts boil,turn off the stove and add Coconut Oil and Curry leaves

    Serve hot
