Grind the cashew nuts into a fine powder in a mixer grinder making sure that the nuts don't release oil. This can be achieved by grinding the nuts in short pulses.
Now make a sugar syrup with the sugar and water of one string consistency.
Add the cashew nuts powder and the milks powder into the sugar syrup.
This will form a smooth dough. This takes about 7-8 minutes.
Keep stirring and mixing while cooking the mix.
Take out the dough onto a working board and knead it with hands. (Be very careful as the heat of dough can cause burns). Take small round of the dough and form tiny apple shapes.
Stick an inverted clove on each apple formed. Now with the help of a paint brush, color the apples with red color and let them dry for few hours.
