Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Medium sized tapioca (about 12 inches in length) 1 nos

  • Oil for deep frying 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Water 2 tbsp

  • Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper Powder,(optional) 1 pinch

Directions

    Mix water and salt and make a solution

  • 02

    Peel and rinse tapioca

  • 03

    Slice thinly using mandolin or knife to remove the outer skin

  • 04

    Cut tapioca nicely into long slices

  • 05

    Make the sliced pieces into desired shapes like diamond or sqaure

  • 06

    Deep fry until golden brown and crisp,while frying sprinkle some salt solution and also a pinch of chilly powder on top of it

    For extra spiciness you can sprinkle some pepper powder too,this step is optional

    Drain on paper towels
