Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Suji 1/2 cups

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Oats 1 cups

  • Tomato putee 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli 1 tbsp

  • Origano 1/2 tbsp

  • Carrot ,chopped 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp

  • Corns,boiled 4 tbsp

  • Capsicum,chopped 4 tbsp

  • Green chilli, grated 1 tbsp

  • Eno 1 cups

Directions

    In a bowl add suji oats and curd mix it well

  • 02

    Add ginger paste, tomato puree and mix.

  • 03

    Add corns, Capsicum, Carrot nd wix well.

    Leave it for 20 min.

  • 05

    Add eno and mix lightly.

  • 06

    Put 2 tbsp of mixture in each greased mould.

    Put in micro for 3 min on high.

  • 08

    Demould it when cool.

  • 09

    Make a smooth paste of jam with spoon and put in piping bag.

  • 10

    Give shape with piping bag on cups.
