Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups suji


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 cups oats


  • 1/2 cups tomato putee


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp red chilli


  • 1/2 tbsp origano


  • 1 tbsp carrot ,chopped


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 4 tbsp corns,boiled


  • 4 tbsp capsicum,chopped


  • 1 tbsp green chilli, grated


  • 1 cups eno

Directions

  • In a bowl add suji oats and curd mix it well
  • Add ginger paste, tomato puree and mix.
  • Add corns, Capsicum, Carrot nd wix well.
  • Leave it for 20 min.
  • Add eno and mix lightly.
  • Put 2 tbsp of mixture in each greased mould.
  • Put in micro for 3 min on high.
  • Demould it when cool.
  • Make a smooth paste of jam with spoon and put in piping bag.
  • Give shape with piping bag on cups.
