In a bowl add suji oats and curd mix it well
Add ginger paste, tomato puree and mix.
Add corns, Capsicum, Carrot nd wix well.
Leave it for 20 min.
Add eno and mix lightly.
Put 2 tbsp of mixture in each greased mould.
Put in micro for 3 min on high.
Demould it when cool.
Make a smooth paste of jam with spoon and put in piping bag.
Give shape with piping bag on cups.
