Add 1 cup of chickpea flour in a bowl
To it add salt, food colour and water to make a batter.
In a sauce pan add orange juice and sugar. Bring to boil and keep on medium flame till attains one string consistency
In a kadai add oil for frying and heat till it is hot enough to make boondhis. Just check by dropping a drop of batter, it should bounce back immediately to the top.
Take batter in a spatula and pour on to a slotted spatula, now make circular motion so that the batter slides into the oil.
Turm over the boondhis and when the bubbles subside remove from oil by draining excess oil and collect on a kitchen towel.
Add the fried boondhis into the orange sugar syrup and stir so that the boondhis are well coated.
Heat Nova gjee in a small pan amd roast the cashewnuts.
Now add the roasted cashewnuts and Nova Ghee to the boondhis
Now make round balls.
Orange laddoos are rady to be served.
