Serves 2

  • Condensed milk 2 cups

  • Nova Paneer 2 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Kevda 1 tsp

  • Pistachios 12-14 nos

  • Almonds 12-14 nos

  • Strands of Saffron 1-2 nos

  • Nova Pure Ghee 2 tbsp

    Firstly if you are taking a refrigerated paneer then you should great it very nicely up to 2 cups but if you are taking fresh made paneer you can just crumbled it and keep it aside

    Now add that condensed milk into the kadai and stir it.

    At the kewra water to and mix it really very well

    Now add the crumbled Paneer to the condensed milk and mix very well

    I added some sugar but if you don't want to add sugar because the condensed milk has so many sweetness you can just take it as optional

    Now put Thali in which you will put that kalakan to get set grease it with Nova pure ghee and let it rest

    No just stir the kalakand by scratching of the sides of kadai and then it will take 15 minutes.

    Now put it into a Thali which you have greased earlier and add cardamom powder pistachios and Almonds and simply with the help of a spatula just put it into that kalakand give it a rest of 4 hours and your kalakand will be ready to be served
