Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups falafel tikkis, boiled kabuli chana


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 3 nos chopped green chillies


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp tahini paste (roasted sesame seeds ground with little oil to form a paste)


  • 1 cups refined oil(for frying)


  • 2 tbsp maida/cornflour


  • 4 nos masala croutons,bread slices


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups yoghurt dip,hung curd


  • 3 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  • Mash the boiled kabuli Chana in a mixer grinder to form a coarse paste. Now mix it with rest of the ingredients (mentioned under tikki ingredients) and shape to form TIKKIS.
  • Now shallow fry them in little oil. Serve.
  • Cut the bread slices into desired shapes and shallow fry them in little oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and red chilly powder onto them. Serve.
  • Beat the hung curd with a spoon and slowly add oil and keep beating.
  • Add rest of the ingredients according to personal taste and mix. Serve.
