2 tsp tahini paste (roasted sesame seeds ground with little oil to form a paste)
1 cups refined oil(for frying)
2 tbsp maida/cornflour
4 nos masala croutons,bread slices
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cups yoghurt dip,hung curd
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
Directions
Mash the boiled kabuli Chana in a mixer grinder to form a coarse paste. Now mix it with rest of the ingredients (mentioned under tikki ingredients) and shape to form TIKKIS.
Now shallow fry them in little oil. Serve.
Cut the bread slices into desired shapes and shallow fry them in little oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and red chilly powder onto them. Serve.
Beat the hung curd with a spoon and slowly add oil and keep beating.
Add rest of the ingredients according to personal taste and mix. Serve.
