Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Desi chane( small chane)soaked for 6-8 hours 1 cups

  • Potato boiled 4 nos

  • Bread (crumbs ) 3 nos

  • Chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Udupi Ruchi Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt to Taste 1 1/2 tsp

  • Green Chili 4-5 nos

  • Curd 2 tbsp

  • Oil for Frying 2 cups

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak the chanas for 4-6 hours

  • 02

    Grind them coarsely in a mixer

  • 03

    Add boiled mashed potatoes in it ginger garlic paste freshbread crumbs

  • 04

    Add spices and salt

  • 05

    Make kabab of any desired shape

  • 06

    Fry it in hot oil from both the sides till it turns golden brown in colour.

    Make chutney of green chilli coriander leaves salt and cumin seeds add curd in it yummy chutney ready to be served with kabab
