Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups desi chane( small chane)soaked for 6-8 hours


  • 4 nos potato boiled


  • 3 nos bread (crumbs )


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi chaat masala


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 4-5 nos green chili


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Soak the chanas for 4-6 hours
  • Grind them coarsely in a mixer
  • Add boiled mashed potatoes in it ginger garlic paste freshbread crumbs
  • Add spices and salt
  • Make kabab of any desired shape
  • Fry it in hot oil from both the sides till it turns golden brown in colour.
  • Make chutney of green chilli coriander leaves salt and cumin seeds add curd in it yummy chutney ready to be served with kabab
