Soak the chanas for 4-6 hours
Grind them coarsely in a mixer
Add boiled mashed potatoes in it ginger garlic paste freshbread crumbs
Add spices and salt
Make kabab of any desired shape
Fry it in hot oil from both the sides till it turns golden brown in colour.
