Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs paneer


  • 3 nos onions


  • 3 nos tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp khare garam masale


  • 1 tbsp cream


  • 250 gms butter


  • 18-20 gms cashew paste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 4 nos bay leaves


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder`


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Soak cashew for 10-15 minutes and grind them to paste
  • Make paste of onion
  • Blanch tomato and make paste
  • In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds
  • Add khare garam masala in it
  • Then add onion paste in it
  • Add all dry spices and salt
  • Add tomato paste in it
  • Cook it for 15-20 minutes till oil leaves pan
  • Add water in it and cook for few minutes
  • Add diced paneer in it
  • Add fresh cream in it and garnish with coriander leaves.
