  • Roasted Peanuts 1 cups

  • Jaggery/Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

    Gently crush the roasted peanuts and remove skin

  • 02

    Heat an heavy bottom pan in medium flame,melt Jaggery(or sugar) along with little water

  • 03

    Once it melts,strain the mix

  • 04

    Pour the strained mix to the pan and bring it to boil,dont forget to stir it continuously,continue this until it attains soft crack stage

    Now drop crushed peanuts and stir it as fast as possible

    Remove and Spread the mix on to a greased rolling board using a thick laddle

    Press it down and start rolling down

    Make marks on top and cut lightly to divide the portions

  • 09

    Allow to cool for 10 min and Cut along the marked lines

  • 10

    Serve and keep it in air-tight container for long use
