Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Coconut 1 nos

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Coconut Milk 1/2 cups

  • Oil to deep fry 250 ml

  • Icing sugar to sprinkle 1-2 tsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch

Directions

    Break the coconut into pieces and grate it

  • 02

    In a bowl mix the grated coconut,along with sugar and coconut milk

  • 03

    Mix it thoroughly and divide into equal parts

  • 04

    Stuff little cardamom powder on the center and make balls out of the divided portion

  • 05

    Heat oil in a heavy bottom kadai and deep fry these balls till golden brown

  • 06

    Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle icing sugar on top of it
