Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos coconut


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 cups coconut milk


  • 250 ml oil to deep fry


  • 1-2 tsp icing sugar to sprinkle


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

Directions

  • Break the coconut into pieces and grate it
  • In a bowl mix the grated coconut,along with sugar and coconut milk
  • Mix it thoroughly and divide into equal parts
  • Stuff little cardamom powder on the center and make balls out of the divided portion
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom kadai and deep fry these balls till golden brown
  • Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle icing sugar on top of it
